Yes, probably Scilla luciliae or Scilla forbesii. Your second whitish one could be the same, but a white form that happens to bloom later, if the flower looks the same (other than the color). Or, just as likely, you could have Scilla blooming first, and a Puschkinia blooming later if it looks like gardengus's photo. Or, perhaps an Ornithogalum species would fit the bill.

The same bulb plant doesn't bloom at two different times in the same spring. It just doesn't happen on a normal basis. But the foliage of many different kinds of bulb plants often look the same. I think you are assuming all the green plants you have are the same, when they actually are different.
