I agree Brian, the last order I got from a catalog I requested my money back because they looked so bad, a lot of them had rotten roots and one even had crown rot. I took photos of what I had received and sent them in an e-mail to the company and I got a refund. I to happily found a grower that I go visit a couple of times a year for my daylilies.
