Orchids are truly challenging
And from what I have experienced, the easiest to grow indoors are Phalaenopsis. Doritaenopsis, from what I have read, is a cross of Doritis and Phalaeneopsis so it is happy to grow indoors. The long lasting blooms once it comes makes all the challenges and wait worth the while. Though I have killed some along the way too
..ah the learning curve gets curvy..so either I avoid that type or try to learn more about it
The first one that went to orchid heaven is a Masdevallia, then last year a sequential Paphiopedilum..boo hoo..But it did not deter me from having new ones! So go for it and try once more Critter!
