Thanks for the advice. Some people grow them like weeds but I can't. Maybe with the right soil conditions I might have a chance. They were in window boxes all winter on my unprotected porch. Didn't seem to bother them. They multiplied and look great. They are planted in cactus mix with 50% perlite with a top dressing of course sand.
