Here it is hubby retired and me still working. In a weird way, not being able to do as much has relieved us of trying to decide what big things to do (travel! but where, exactly?)- we just can't. I am glad to work, in my fairly controlled environment, so I still have that social contact. Still there's this underlying tension all the time, not knowing just where other staff comfort/discomfort level is with everything happening (critiquing and second guessing headquarters) and we have to watch people for mask fit.

Cheeseburger praise reminds me of really enjoying a patty melt couple years ago. It had snowed, but not TOO much, so after a morning snow cleaning, we went out and I got a patty melt and Coca Cola. Wow that tasted good, all those calories after working hard.
