Thomas, honey blackened chicken has me intrigued about recipe 😋?
Hint! Hint! Especially since it is multi
purpose for salad, quesadilla, etc.

The chicken is very simple. I stole the recipe from a chef at work. I think he grills chicken breasts after he marinates them, but he's doing large scale. I typically either slice the chicken or cube it before marinating in simply honey and black pepper water. Then fry it up in a skillet and last few minutes turn up the heat to char the chicken a bit. The salad is incredible. Lettuce, chicken, sliced almonds, dried cranberries (dried cherries for me), red onion, cubed apple, cheddar chees, and poppy seed dressing. The flavors work well together.
Everyone has something they can teach; everyone has something they can learn.
