The ICNCP (see link) discusses the naming conventions for these HORTICULTURALLY DISTINCT plants in Chapter V, Article 20, pg. 24. I've run across a few Arisaema which seem to be good candidates for use. Please note that Arisaema taxonomy is subject to a great deal of disagreement. What do you all think. Here are 2 different examples.

1a.) Arisaema ciliatum, Himalayan Cobra Lily (Arisaema ciliatum)
1b.) Arisaema ciliatum var. liubaense, Chinese Cobra Lily (Arisaema ciliatum 'Liubaense')
Since A. ciliatum var. liubaense is a synonym for A. ciliatum (per Kew and Tropicos) and would simply vanish as a separate entry, I propose the following:
Arisaema ciliatum 'Liubaense'. (I do not see this name on the web but I think it allows us to keep this horticulturally distinct plant in the DB.
Synonym: Arisaema ciliatum var. liubaense for both 1a and 1b.

2a.) Arisaema speciosum, Cobra Lily (Arisaema speciosum)
2b.) Arisaema speciosum 'Magnificum', Cobra Lily (Arisaema speciosum 'Himalayan Giant')
A. 'Magnificum' as well as 'Himalayan Giant' are names used in the trade to differentiate this larger plant from the species.
