I have two Echeveria Ellen plants. The initial plant is seen in the first photo. It often has blisters on the leaves, which is said to be caused by certain bacteria particular to this species.

The plant in the second photo was from a leaf of the original plant. It has got no blisters. Is it possible that the mother plant didn't passed the bacteria to the offspring?
