I'm not seeing any blisters on the leaves of "Ellen" and I'm not aware of bacteria specific to Echeverias. I see no advantage in leaf deformities related to bacteria, fungi or any other microorganisms. So I would go out of my way to remove affected plants from my collection. I cannot imagine how one would spread such an infection from one plant to another, having gone out of my way to avoid having one in the first place, so I guess I don't have much to offer there. Smiling
