One of my favorite filling vegetarian meals is also the easiest and requires only:
dried pasta (for this dish it is the only place I use and like whole wheat spaghetti)
1/2 +/- head of cauliflower
1 large clove garlic
A knob of butter
Olive Oil
1 ounce +/- freshly grated Parmigiano
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt/ Pepper/ Water
