As well it should! I worry about the pets also...don't know how we'd manage. Many people left pets or livestock behind when the large wildfires were approaching last year. The rescue groups were pretty much full up...with those lucky animals that someone did manage to rescue.
I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
