Rosie, your dinner looks great. Here's a basic cheese cake recipe for a 10 inch pan. I didn't include a crust recipe, as you can make the one you desire with Oreo's, graham crackers, Lorna Doone, cookies, Chocolate wafers, or what ever. Good Luck!

Cheese cake for 10 Inch spring form pan.

Prepare and bake desired crust and let cool.

Filling:
4/ 8 oz packages of cream cheese at room temp.
1 and 1/3 cups Granulated sugar
(Optional if you want a Chocolate filling, 1 Cup of melted chocolate chips)
4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 eggs at room temp.
3 Tablespoons of heavy cream
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (or seeds from 2 vanilla beans)

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add sugar and flour and beat until well blended and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Beat in cream and vanilla.
Pour into cooled crust, and place in the center of the oven.
Bake for 60 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it until it cools. (About a half hour)
Chill in refrigerator before serving.

Optional toppings After cheese cake has been cooled.
Mix 1 cup of sour cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Drizzle with Galiano or any flavored liqueur
Fresh or canned fruit filling
