Sally, since you are interested in the corn pudding and undecided about side dish, here is a veggie casserole that goes well with most holiday entrees. It's easy to make, bake and serve! Other items can be substituted, such as soup and crackers!
Crunchy Vegetable Casserole
1 can French style green beans (can use regular cut green beans)
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 cup onion,, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted (can use different cream soup)
Cheez-it crackers, crumbled (can use different crackers)
Melted butter
Toss cracker crumbs in melted butter.
Combine remaining ingredients in 2 quart casserole.
Top with buttered crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
