Oxyanthus goetzei and Oxyanthus speciosus subsp. stenocarpus are native to Malawi, but those wavy-edged leaves look a lot like photos online of Oxyanthus pyriformus, which is native to neighboring countries & possibly to Malawi as well?

And if it isn't a native Oxyanthus species, it could still be an import, of course.
There aren't as many photos of the Malawian species online, so it's quite possible that either/both may have wavy-edged leaves as well...
It is a very cool plant, whatever it is.
