I had one bloom in an office I was servicing. Wasn't given anything special, it just bloomed! What I would suggest is to give it greenhouse conditions -- very bright light, nice and warm (80+), lots of humidity and then fertilize the heck out of it with a bloom food. They're tropicals so make it like Hawaii and they'll be happy.
