I did get mine done, my stylist and I were speculating if everything here would be totally shut down again in a couple of weeks.
So, JBarstool has been bitten by the tomato seed bug!
I have 10 catalogs now; and more coming in every day. I have to order seeds for my Master Gardener plant sale, so I will spend many happy hours next week perusing them and choosing my seeds. The best thing of all, these hours count as Sanctioned hours toward keeping my membership active! A win win!
I have some butter, brown sugar, honey and a bit of pineapple juice simmering on the stove; I'll use it to glaze the ham.
I was digging around in my desk and found a recipe I had lost, a very good one, a cold salad made with corn. It came from my former boss at the deli. A good one for a get together.
Two cans of mexi style corn, drained
One small can chopped green chiles
One C Mayo ( not Miracle Whip )
2 handfuls of shredded cheese, your choice ( I use cheddar )
3 to 4 green onions, sliced thin
One fresh jalapeño, sliced thin and diced ( optional)
A dash of sugar
Combine well.
Delicious!
