Susan, I agree with Polly. Have been in one form of customer service or another for 38 years. Now, I have certainly commented to a buyer that there had been no other reports of problems on a particular item, but that was in the nature of trying to reassure them that the replacement should be fine. He should never have said the 'no one ELSE has a problem" implying "so what's YOUR problem" That just isn't how it is supposed to be done, no matter how large the company. I'd either stay away from that company or try to find out who that person was so you can make sure you never get HIM again if there are any future quality issues.
