I am not sure what they are but these are three things almost no one grows from seed. They are showing compound leaf like you see on beans and other flowering plants related to beans.
I really recommend using a mainstream seed selling company Most of them give you lots of advice and help on their website. And these are three seeds I have rarely or never seen offer seeds of these three plants.
But ebay etc -- seems to include plenty of cheap 'seeds' that are not what was ordered, don'r grow at all.. its a few easy bucks for them, because so few buyers will dispute or expect money back
