Built a grill press from old steel scrap so I could make Cuban sandwiches and panini on a grill pan.
Baked a batch of sourdough ciabatta.
Then, the test: I heated the pan and press and put together a Cubano from spicy roast pork, sliced ham, and swiss cheese.
Turned out well, indeed. Total calorie bomb!
