I never heard back from Royal Colors about my order which was intercepted in Miami. I took a considerable loss. I suspect that the company has made a business decision to "write-off" the customers outside of the EU. Its a shame that it has come to this. Luckily, there are plenty of good American companies selling bulbs. I've had very positive experiences with Amaryllis Bulb Company and Amaryllis Man, both located in Florida.
