Your sans look exactly like the ones I purchased last year at Wal-marts. I believe they are called Futura Black Gold. They look good with the extra yellow stripes in the leaves.
Your mix sounds great but leave out the peat. Sans don't like the peat part. Holds too much moisture. You want the quick draining mix so that water is never a problem. Your area is great for growing sans outdoors 9 months out of the year. Some leave them out all year but it really tares them up.
