Our veggie pizza from Dion's was delicious! It's been so long since we had one we ordered a large instead of our usual medium. We finally finished it up yesterday.
Last night we had a nice cod filet (Norway) hubby cooked in lemon, butter, garlic & a bit of olive oil. I even remembered to pick some of my dill for it. Wild rice & salad. Good
And white wine.
AG I finally found the Soy Vay sauce...I kept looking in the Asian section, not there. Finally found it with the salad dressings. Not a big choice...but I did get an Island Teriyaki one. Have some chicken tenders marinating as we speak. Red & green bell peppers, onions, probably throw in some celery for a quick stir-fry type dinner. I also have a can of biscuits that I forget why I even bought them. For some reason we don't eat alot of biscuits
Found a recipe to quarter them, roll in melted butter & cheese & bake. Think I'll do that as well. So it looks like alot of us are trying new recipes these days.
