Look for the perennial morning glory plants at AlmostEden plants online. They have them. A good company . Thumbs up
You might find seeds at selectseeds, although I think they only offer the annuals, and they don't ship to states where morning glories are considered invasive, like my state. Swallowtail seeds and summer hill? Also have seeds. Onalees has Japanese MG seeds in their original Japanese packaging.
