Peel and place on a lightly-oiled baking sheet. Brush with sauce, mayonnaise, aioli, or brown butter & garlic. Turn and brush the other side. It lends a nice savour without overwhelming the taste of the shrimp.

For this batch, I used sriracha mayo. Also like black garlic mayo or lemon herb aioli. Next time, I might try some of the roast tomato and garlic puree I just made.
