Will be praying for your family. Difficult time for sure. Hugs, dear.
Hospice was a wonderful thing for our family.

Our 'neck of the woods' has changed. We sold our house last July and found a house ,once we had a contract , in upstate NY near one of our sons. Actually God's timing was perfect for both houses. The first house our realtor showed us(we had been talking with her for years, but weren't ready to move) was part of an estate sale. The sister of the deceased lives in MO and didn't want any issues. It is on a small lake...no motors. House needed work...I KNOW a guy😃. Price had dropped significantly a couple days after listing. We offered even less thinking that the seller would counter offer. She did it and accepted our offer. So from the sale of our house in NJ we were able to completely gut the new house. Closing was in August '20. We are still working on it, but at least we are in the putting it back together stage. We are renting a converted horse barn to live in while reno is going on. A dear lady at our son's church rents to us. We have become very close friends. She had knee replacement 9 weeks ago. I took care of her and we have dinner together almost daily. Her house is across the driveway.
We are very grateful for how God worked everything out. Plus we are near some of the grandkids. I cook dinner for them once a week.

I am sooo looking forward to seeing what if anything pops up out of the ground once the snow clears out. We have not seen grass since Christmas. Snow is almost a daily occurrence here.
I did plant some daffodil bulbs in the fall. I think this area is zone 5.
The fall colors were spectacular on the hills.
