Hmmmm. Well, I have been growing Painted Lady for close to 20 years and yours does not look like mine. And I agree, it also does not look like Strawberry Shake. It could be a Painted Lady that is exhibiting sectional variegation, which I guess would make it a variegated Painted Lady, or it could be a Thai Sunrise that is just very very yellow and lacking in a lot of dark green.

But, Painted Lady is a very rampant CLIMBER and produced tons of adventitious roots....your plant almost looks like a self header, but its still small and hard to tell
