Hello. Zone 10b, Ventura County, southern California here.
I'm looking for roses that do well in shade. I have a spot that gets four to five hours of afternoon sun, but mostly shade the rest of the day.
I'd prefer roses that are disease resistant as I have been fighting rust this year. I 'm looking for fragrance and good cut flower life.
I avoid orange, but all other shades are welcomed.
I also have a shady spot for a few HPs. My Monsieur Tillier and Souvenir de Victor Hugo are doing well in this shady spot, and I have room for a few more.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Always seeking recommendations and advice. I welcome suggestions for heat loving roses with great scent, disease resistance, and long vase life.
