Perhaps someone can advise on this. I've had this dracaena for about a year now. It's grown a lot and I've pruned it to grow taller. One of the tops is being weird tho. The new leaves are very thin, almost mushy, and very light green, some are turning brown very quickly out of the normal order. I have some brown tips on leaves of the plant but no other top on the plant is putting out leaves like this. Even the other top on the same trunk isn't as bad. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this or how to remedy?

Also, the plant came kind of braided, I haven't done anything to further braid it or undo the braid, any advise on what I should do about the trunks?

I'm also open to any general care advise. The plant was quite rootbound when I brought it home but I repotted it into a slightly larger pot upon bringing it home last spring. Last season other than the new soil (miracle gro cactus soil with a bit of extra perlite) and some 10-10-10 granular added under the rocks mid season I did not do any additional fertilization.
