Hi there Oak, I am very hesitant to recommend any HP's for you as my growing conditions are so different than yours. Plus, I tend to not get fungal diseases here and my HP's also tend to be in full sun. So take everything with a bit of a large grain of salt. Hopefully Jeri will respond as her growing conditions are similar to yours.
So far, my favorite HP is Vick's Caprice. He is an absolute charmer. In researching Mr. Vick (the "breeder" of this rose), I found out all sorts of interesting information and got to read part of his diary from the late 1800's. He and Charles Dickens were boyhood and life long friends. There are still streets named after him in NY where he had his seed company. I find this stuff fascinating, so please bear with me.
Vick is a stripey rose and absolutely gorgeous. He does like to get big, so give him plenty of room.

Other HP's I have are Souvenir de McKinley, Portland from Glendora aka Johasine Hanet, Yolande de Aragon, and (eventually) Schon Ingeborg. I have been waiting two years for Schon and hope the rose will be sent to me in October. I did see a video from a rose grower in Vancouver Canada and Schon is one of his favorites. It might do well in your area.
Souvenir, Johasine and Yolande are very young and so I am still waiting to see how they will do with the types of growing conditions I have here. Any or all of them may eventually get removed depending on how they do. I did have to remove Marquise Boccella as I got the climbing version of Jacques Cartier instead and in one year this rose threatened to take over my yard. I don't have the room for a monster rose, unless I only grow one rose.
I know Grandmother's Hat tends to do well in your area and is one of Jeri's favorite roses. She is a beaut and may eventually replace one of my other hybrids. I wish I had room for her.
