My husband has been retired for several years and before the lockdowns enjoyed going to a gym and using their machines. Since our move last year he hasn't had a chance to go check any new ones out. Last week we went to one near our house and he liked it a lot. I have been walking on my treadmill and doing somePilates this last year,but really feel I need to work on arms and stamina. So we decided to treat ourselves and signed up for some private trainer sessions to give us the tools to keep active as we age. I'm kinda scared I'm going to look like an idiot, but DH says it can only help us. He will be there as my cheerleader.
