Here's two pictures of delosperma taken with my phone at Timberline today.
The first is labeled D. Hogan (the red one). From what I can gather, it goes as Delosperma sp. Sani Pass 1, Delosperma ´Hogan` and also as Delosperma davy so it's probably the same one Lynn posted. It's supposedly hardy here.
