Dinner last night was whole chicken legs, seasoned and baked for 35 minutes, then basted with BBQ sauce, back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let rest while I cooked the sides
Sides were sauteed zucchini, onion, yellow pepper, probably some spice but I don't remember.
And leftover potatoes fried until lightly browned, they were yellow fleshed potatoes.
All plated up, it was a very tasty dinner. I had Apothic red, and he had white.
