This is not "Winter Sky" but possibly some other rauhii hybrid. "Winter Sky" favors descoingsii over the other parent, with more triangular leaves, shorter spots, more leaf curl. I do not know what to call your plant, though. I would like to propose that we move it to the genus entry for Aloe until a more precise ID can be pinned down. For comparison:
