Your story made me remember and incident that happened to me about 10 years ago. It was Spring time and we had had a couple of very rainy, windy days in a row. I remember I was coming home from work and drove my car into the driveway and parked. As I was walking up to the front door of the house a very heavy gust of wind came roaring out of nowhere. I heard a loud cracking sound and turned around to see a heavy, large tree branch from the tree along the side of the driveway come crashing down ... on my car! A huge tree limb was laying right on top of the driver's side windshield. The whole windshield had shattered. I had made it out of the car just in time. God was definitely looking out for me. To this day I still get freaked out by heavy wind storms.
