Well, I put in just about a quarter capful into my little cup yesterday and this morning the seeds definitely look swollen, so maybe that will do the trick! And if that doesn't work, I'll try nicking the next batch, although I've never had to nick 4 o'clock seeds before. It's funny, it's not like these were old seeds; I bought them last October to plant this year.
