The recipe calls for,

Ingredients:
7 oz dried cherries
Boiling water
1 cup diced red onion
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 oz dice glacé ginger
2 tbsp chopped taragon
1 tsp mustard seeds
Zest and juice of 1 orange

To make:
Put dried cherries into a bowl and add enough boiling water to just cover. Leave to soak for 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain.

Put cherries, onion, vinegar, cinnamon stick, cloves, brown sugar, ginger, tarragon, mustard seed and orange zest and juice in saucepan. Cook over medium heat and cover with a lid to simmer for 12-15 minutes. Remove lid and continue to simmer until liquid has evaporated and mixture has thickened to a jammy consistency. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
