Margaret, I had to get a flat bottom wok too after I got my glass top stove. It works well.

Sean, my version of a tuna melt is the weight watchers, ( as TT pointed out) it's open face made with whole grain bread, water packed tuna and reduced fat and salt farmer cheese, broiled until the cheese is browned and bubbly. They're really pretty good, I've been making them that way for years. No chips, gosh, I can't remember when I ate the last potato chips, it must be a few years at least. Your bar B Q chicken looks tasty.
