Both dinners look great Tom. Looks like you hit the jackpot. Smiling

We had a nice day. We met a friend for lunch at our favorite pizza place. We all had pizza and salad. After that, we even made a mad dash through Trader Joe's . After being cooped up for a year, it was so nice to do some normal things again! And to see my dear friend, too. We do a lot of video calls on Alexa, but this was our first in person visit since last summer.

We weren't too hungry for dinner so I made a veggie omelet and bacon with a hunk of baguette. The omelet was a pathetic looking thing but tasted good. Shrug! I used onion, pepper, spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella, tomatoes, and fresh basil. Dessert was a shared sumo orange.
