I've never had Yorkshire pudding. I've been deprived.

It was a quiet day here. Dinner hour started with a 2 hour video happy hour with our son. Dinner started with a nice fresh salad. Main course was grilled steaks and corn, and braised broccoli. It was delicious.

I started by searing the broccoli in avocado oil with a smashed clove of garlic. Removed the garlic when fragrant. Braised it with a splash of orange juice. Finished with freshly grated Parm, the good stuff. It was delicious!
