Well the maybe is because the tag says Diacrium bicornutum x Epi. stamfordianum but I've repotted it at least once and my photos have this flower as Dial. Snowflake x Enc. tampense. I guess they are a bit different (and I guess I like spots!). You can see my confusion! So it probably is Diacrium bicornutum x Epi. stamfordianum which has a new name Epiarthron Kevin Mark Ragbir according to the RHS. The plant looks like a small dendrobium or epi with a height of 12".
