It is found in the Treasured Armenian recipes cookbook. The 1 inch, canoe shaped dumplings (filled with ground lamb, garlic, fresh parsley and onion) are baked in butter till crisp, then put in chicken broth and served with Madzoon(plain yogurt) on it.
