Not sure if this was to me, but I might as well plug our fish supplier: Sitka Salmon Shares is a Community-Supported Fishery. That means a co-op that buys fish from individual fishermen, packages, and ships monthly in insulated boxes. Our fish arrives frozen hard.

Last year we had a Premium Seafood Share and still have lots of salmon, so for this year I bought a white fish share. Just got our first box, all Pacific Cod.
It costs more than the local market, but the quality's higher and I don't have to squint at labels only to find, in tiny print, Product of China. It's also delivered, saving us a two-hour round trip to the store.
