Gary here in pa it will take at least 2 years for a seedling to bloom from seed. Then depending on how fast it increases if you are letting it increase naturally it will take about 5 years to be able to divide. Then you would divide the entire plant into single fans and maybe wait another 5 years before you had a reasonable amount to sell. It can be faster in southern states or if you had a fully heated greenhouse. But for hardiness the seedling needs to be tested for cold tolerance. I figure that's pretty minimum
