Agave, for those pork chops, i brined them in 4 cups of water, 1/3 cup kosher salt, 1/3 cup sugar, and about 4 tablespoons of worcestire for a few hours.
Patted dry and made my own rub considering of brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt.
Served them with an italian style pasta salad, cucumber salad with dill, and homemade applesauce. And a glass of raspberry wine.
