Haworthia cooperi, sorry there's nothing for size reference but it's slightly bigger than a quarter.

I found this tiny sprig of Crassula 'Pagoda Village' broken off of a pot at the grocery store maybe a month ago. I pocketed it for kicks, and plunked it in some soil, and whaddya know -- it rooted and it's growing!

(Its 'pot', btw, is a repurposed fruit cup. Punch a few holes in the bottom and they make excellent propagation containers!)
