I've wanted Rebecca for a long time because it's supposed to be red. I bought a couple last year, but the nursery closed down before I could get the plants.

This year I bought another. The first bloom was pure white. I didn't even take a photo of it because I was so annoyed about getting a mislabeled plant. The second bloom was more interesting (even though it was ravaged by earwigs).

The third bloom, which bloomed right above the second one, was even more interesting.

The fourth bloom is red! I hope it doesn't do this every year. I'd rather just have a bunch of red blooms from the start, without all of the intermediate ones.
