Unfortunately, it has no fragrance.
It is a pretty rose, though, and a highly vigorous one. The banner came from this picture:
I have lots of photos of it because it's so photogenic, but I think this one's my favorite. Its mannerly lollipop shape puts the chaotic foreground to shame:
