Yesterday I made a big pan of Swiss steak, takes time but it was worth it. I had a round roast that I sliced up to make it.
Season, flour, and brown meat.

Add one can of tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, meat and ready for the oven.

Served over boiled potatoes that I broke up in the pot.

Doesn't look pretty on the plate but it sure tasted good.😋
