shipping plants - is hard on plants - especially adenium, because it takes them a long time to recover from most everything .... the good news: adenium are resilient - if given the time

the leaves dropping off is expected - in a dark box a few days will do it ...same with the aborted flowers and buds

skip pruning unless a limb / stem snapped or broke off

give it a few days before doing anything ...

then water to saturation

then outside w/ part sun a few days ...then move into as much sun as possible
