new member! I have a couple of suggestions; there are root-eating maggot larvae in the potting mix or the potting mix in those two is pure peat and has not hydrated - bone dry now and the plants just can't survive. At this point you don't have much to lose so I would dig them up and gently bare-root them. This way you get rid of any larvae and also the bone-dry peat mix
